What to Expect at Your First Visit
No surprises. Here's exactly how your appointment will go from the moment you walk in.
Warm Welcome & Check-In
Our friendly front desk staff will greet you, collect your paperwork, and make sure you're comfortable. Plan to arrive 10 minutes early to complete any remaining forms.
Health History Review
Dr. Plummer will sit down with you personally to go over your health history, the details of your accident or injury, your symptoms, and your health goals. You'll be heard — not rushed.
Comprehensive Physical Exam
A thorough examination including posture analysis, range-of-motion tests, orthopedic and neurological testing to pinpoint the exact source of your pain. X-rays taken if clinically needed.
Injury Documentation
All findings are meticulously documented — especially important for auto accident patients. This documentation forms the foundation of your insurance claim and any potential legal case.
Treatment Plan & Discussion
Dr. Plummer explains your diagnosis in plain language and outlines a personalized treatment plan. No confusing jargon — just a clear roadmap to your recovery with realistic timelines.
First Treatment (Same Visit)
In most cases you'll receive your first chiropractic adjustment or therapy session on this very visit. Many patients leave their first appointment already feeling some relief.
